Becoming a Landlord

Let With Confidence...

It's now possible for property owners to let their homes with an absolute right of repossession while tenants receive security of tenure for pre-agreed periods. Tenancies can therefore be viewed as a marriage of convenience and now that the law is more precise it has become even more important to follow the right procedure when setting up and maintaining a tenancy.

Our lettings department has a wealth of experience and expertise within the residential lettings market. With over 450 properties under management we are committed to servicing the needs of private and investor landlords and recognise the importance of providing a personal, informed and dedicated team to remain first choice in the lettings arena.
