We regularly advise landlords on what type of improvement will show the best return and what would be the most cost effective solution to any problem.
We can also negotiate larger refurbishment programmes and organise the supply and fitting of new bathrooms and kitchens, or any decorating or carpeting of room(s) within very tight time constraints.
